Scott soon had a second stall acquired from his uncle and in 1987 he was able to purchase his first large fairground ride called Paratrooper from Yorkshire Showman Michael Whiting. This proved to be a good purchase and enabled Scott to buy a Dodgem ride from another Yorkshire Showman Herbert Hirst in 1989.
The very next year the Paratrooper ride was sold and replaced in 1994 with the modified lift up version. The new Paratrooper ride and Dodgem ride were taken around the UK to corporate events until Scott had the opportunity to sell the new Paratrooper ride which enabled him to buy his first of two Ghost Trains.
It wasn’t long before Scott Pullen & Son Fun Fair had a Fun House, a Tagada, Dodgems, two Ghost Trains and children rides including Bouncy Castles, a Simulator and four Hot Dog kiosks.
Today the family business consists of Scott and his wife Michelle and their son Scott Mitchell-Pullen and daughter Ashton. They tour the UK supplying rides to fairs, events, festivals and TV & Film. They also supply luxury toilets to the TV & Film industry, Emmerdale, A touch of Frost, The Royal and Heartbeat to name just a few.
Scott Pullen Fun Fair also has Kiddies Corner a Roundhay Park, Leeds. Their fabulous Land Train takes visitors on a circular route around the stunning park. Bouncy Castles, Cups & Saucers and Mini Wheel are regulars when the weather is fine. Kiddies Corner is open weekends and school holidays throughout the year.
